INDIVIDUALIZED NUTRITION COACHING

One-on-one nutrition coaching that is completely individualized! We will work together to build and execute a plan surrounding your nutrition that is consistent with your needs & goals and fits into your life the way you want it. I love helping others find a way to make "healthy" taste good. This service includes an in-depth consultation as well as collaborative coaching sessions where we will build healthy habits to get you to your goals!

Nutrition Coaching includes:

  • Complimentary nutrition info and Q&A session

  • Full consultation & evaluation

  • Weekly nutrition coaching meeting (virtual or in-person)

  • Cooking tips & recipes

  • Text & email check-ins

  • Meal planning suggestions

IN-PERSON CUSTOMIZED TRAINING

Having access to a full gym means that we have a lot of options to explore when it comes to movement. I will guide you through a customized program that I design with your information & input to get you to your goals!

I am here to help you make real sustainable changes to your fitness routine from wherever you are! This service is perfect for someone who wants to workout at home or someone who travels frequently and wants to take their trainer with them. I will guide you step by step through a customized program that I design with your information and input. By taking into account, experience level, goals, injuries, preferences, and equipment available, I create a completely personalized plan for you!

THE EMPOWERMENT PROGRAM

The Empowerment Program helps you take your health into your own hands. Through my in-depth consultation, I can put together a customized workout program for you to do on your own! This program is for motivated, self-starters. Knowing that some people may not have consistent schedules for regular personal training, I wanted to offer a customized program that you can do anywhere you want, anytime. This plan can be customized to be done anywhere! Each week you will receive two hours worth of workouts in the time breakdown that you choose! After doing the workouts on your own, you’ll give me feedback by  and I will adjust your program accordingly. Each program is 12 weeks in length and if you want to continue after those 12 weeks, you can renew! I am here to empower you to move on your own and help get you the results you want on your time.


The Empowerment Program includes:

  • 2 new customized sessions every week

  • Specifically designed videos & explanations for exercises

  • Explanation of the reasoning behind the program

  • Weekly program adjustments based on your feedback

  • Weekly check-in

NUTRITION COACHING GROUP CLASSES

4-12 participants will get new scientifically & practically backed nutrition information every week! We will discuss different topics and I will individually answer your questions. Join this community that will be both supportive and informative. There will even be 2 cooking classes with delicious and nutritious recipes. We will meet once a week for 12 weeks!
