I am a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA and a certified nutrition coach through Precision Nutrition. I help improve the health of others by guiding them through movement that makes them feel strong & empowered. I also help improve the health of others through cultivating a positive relationship with food while building healthy habits to get them to their goals. I love helping my clients make small sustainable changes that have a big impact.

I was born and raised in Los Angeles and went to college at Loyola Marymount University. I graduated with a B.S. in Health & Human Sciences. Soon after graduating, I began working in a doctor's office while applying to medical school but soon realized that the patients' problems began long before they had ever even stepped into that doctor's office. That is why I am committed to helping others find a way to live healthily and consistently move. 

Movement has been an essential part of my life since I went to my first dance class when I was 2. Even after dance, I found a love for exercising in the gym, specifically strength training, and challenging myself with new forms of movement. It's important to feel empowered by the process of working out so you can build it into your normal routine. I am here to help you find a form of movement that challenges you, helps you feel strong, and gets you to your goals.

I have a love for cooking and food. I love finding new ways to cook veggies and I love finding new ingredients at the Farmer's Market. I am a huge foodie. I build healthy nutrition habits into my everyday life but that doesn't mean I don't enjoy a donut or homemade cookie every now and then. I'm excited to share the newest & scientifically backed nutrition information with you while we collaborate on how we can build healthy habits into your lifestyle.
