My goal is to improve the health of others by helping them cultivate a positive relationship with movement, food & their bodies. I help show others that health & wellness can be convenient and balanced so my clients make small sustainable changes that have a big impact. I'm a certified nutrition coach through Precision Nutrition and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach through the National Strength & Conditioning Association. I offer nutrition coaching as well as personal training. My training specialties include flexibility & mobility, balance & core, women's strength training, and bodyweight training.

I was born and raised in Los Angeles and went to Loyola Marymount University. I graduated with a B.S. in Health & Human Sciences. Soon after graduating, I began working in a doctor's office while applying to medical school but soon realized that the patients' problems began long before they had ever even stepped into that doctor's office. That is why I am committed to helping others find a way to live healthily and consistently move. 

Movement has been an essential part of my life since I went to my first dance class when I was 2. Even after dance, I found a love for exercising in the gym, specifically strength training, and challenging myself with new forms of movement. It's important to feel empowered by the process of working out so you can build it into your normal routine. I am here to help you find a form of movement that challenges you, helps you feel strong as well as grow, and gets you to your goals.

I have a passion for cooking and food. I feel inspired when exploring Farmer's Markets and finding new ways to prepare produce. Building healthy nutrition habits into everyday life means enjoying yourself on occasion and returning to your regular routine & habits after. We will collaborate on how we can optimize your nutrition and make healthy taste delicious.

We will work together to incorporate a wellness routine conveniently and seamlessly into your lifestyle. I am here to help you identify your wellness goals and get you to them in a way that is safe, sustainable, convenient, and fun along the way.
